§ MR. WILLIAM REDMONDI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he will state what is the delay in granting to Mrs. Healy, of Bodyke, county Clare, the licence which has been sanctioned for some time; and whether the Inland Revenue Authorities in Ireland will hi asked for an explanation.
§ MR. WYNDHAMA question of law was involved in the consideration of this case, and by an unfortunate omission the opinion of the Irish Law Officers was not communicated to the Board of Inland Revenue. The omission has now been remedied. The Inland Revenue Authorities are in no way to blame.
