BLACK (Banffshire)I beg to ask the Secretary to the Admiralty whether, in view of the fact that in addition to the price of £122,500 paid for the surface of the land purchased by the Department for the Naval Base on the Firth of Forth a sum of £12,250 has been paid in name of compensation for minerals, he will state the rental of the minerals so acquired.
