§ MR. BAYLEY (Derbyshire, Chesterfield)To ask the Postmaster-General if he can state when ho expects to receive the Report of the Committee appointed last session to inquire into the grievances of the postal employees; and if he will lay the Report upon the Table of the House before the Post Office Vote is taken.
(Answered by Lord Stanley.) The Committee appointed in August last to inquire into the scales of pay of certain classes of established post office servants has taken evidence on the matters referred to it, but I am unable to say when the Committee will present its Report.
