AMBROSEI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether the sale of certain estates to the Congested Districts Board has been delayed owing to the non-publication of the rules for carrying out such sales under Section 79 of the Land Act of 1903; could he explain the cause of the delay in publishing those rules; and can he say when they will be published.
