O'BRIEN (Tipperary, N.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether, in view of the fact that there are a number of cases listed for the past four years for the Head Land Commission from the district of North Tipperary, he will say when the Court will again sit to hear these cases.
§ MR. WYNDHAMThe Commissioners inform me that no date has been fixed for the next sitting of the Court for the hearing of fair rent appeals from this district. The last list disposed of by the Commissioners comprised all cases in which appeals were lodged prior to the 1st January, 1901.
