CULLINAN, (Tipperary, S.)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for War whether the Government has purchased the estate of Lady Holroyd Smyth, around Kilworth Camp, in the counties of Cork and Tipperary, with the object of establishing cannon and rifle ranges; and, if so, whether this will necessitate the removal of families as well as the closing of public roads within the ranges.
