WALTER PALMER (Salisbury)To ask the Secretary of State for War whether he will state how the proposals under the new Army Scheme will affect I the number and disposition of the troops in the neighbourhood of Salisbury throughout the year; and whether it is intended to retain the present headquarters at Salisbury.
