SLOAN (Belfast, S.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland, whether he is aware that the Cloonkeen Parish Committee of the Congested Districts Board hold their meetings on a Sunday, and at a time when Protestant clergymen who are members of the Committee are unable to attend; and will he give instructions for these meetings to be held at a time when persons are not engaged in religious worship?
