§ MR. BUCHANAN (Perthshire, E.)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for War under what authority he proposes to pay the expenses of the war in, Somaliland after the 31st of March, for which no provision is made in the Army Estimates.
§ MR. ARNOLD-FORSTERI would remind the hon. Member of the remarks on the subject in my Memorandum on Army Estimates, 1904–5. Pending an additional Estimate (should such be necessary) the expenditure in question will be met temporarily out of Army Votes generally for 1904–5.
