HC Deb 27 June 1904 vol 136 c1261
MR. J. P. FARRELL

I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether the sale of the King-Harman (Kenagh), county Longford, Estate, has yet come before the Estates Commissioners for approval; and whether the application of a planter tenant named William Jones, of Creagh, against whom the landlord is about proceeding for £250 dilapidation damages, is included in the number of sales on this estate for sanction.

MR. WYNDHAM

The estate is before the Commissioners. I have no information on the second part of the Question, but I am making inquiry.
