§ MR. COGHILLI beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether he will give a day, before the end of the present session, for the discussion of the principles on which the Redistribution of Seats Hill of next session is to be founded.
§ MR. A. J. BALFOURMy experience is that the business of the current session is quite enough for the time of the session. I am unwilling to introduce the addition my hon. friend thinks appropriate or necessary, and he will forgive me if I cannot accede to his request.
§ MR. COGHILLMight I ask the right hon. Gentleman if I am to gather that the Government have no intention whatever of introducing such a Bill during the present Parliament.
