§ Mr. JAMES O'KELLYI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether the Estates Commissioners have received any applications for the sale of the estate of Mr. Charles Stafford, in the Carrick-on-Shannon Union, and county of Roscommon; if so, if they are endeavouring to negotiate for the reinstatement of Patrick Moran, Jun., of Bealragh, an evicted tenant; or, in any event, have the Estates Commissioners done anything in connection with the application received from this man.
§ Mr. WYNDHAM.The reply to the first query is in the negative. An application for reinstatement has been received from the evicted tenant named and will be considered.
