To ask Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he can give an approximate estimate of the amount of income-tax paid on foreign and colonial investments respectively.

(Answered by Mr. Austen Chamberlain.) It is not possible for me to give any trust worthy estimate of the kind asked for in the question.
