To ask the hon. Member for Chorley, as representing the First Commissioner of Works, whether he will consider the desirability of opening to the public the enclosure round Canning's statue in Parliament Square, and of laying it out so that it should correspond in appearance and utility with the plot of garden which adjoins it on the South.
