REDDYI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he is aware that a sum of over £20 for extra police has been assessed upon the Birr Urban Council; and, if so, whether, in view of the peaceable condition of King's County and of the fact that this charge has been remitted in other counties, he will recommend a similar course being adopted in this case.
