I beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade whether there are any costs, charges, or expenses, preliminary and incidental to the preparing and applying for the passage of the Port of London Bill through the House of Commons, yet incurred by the Board of Trade; and, if so, what is the total amount of such expenses.

The expenditure incidental to preparing and applying for this Bill up to the present time amounts to a little over £4,000.
