I beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether his attention has been called by the Canadian; authorities to the existence in this: country of certain agencies inducing young people to go to Canada under the pretence of educating them in farming or finding employment and charging sums of money in the form of premiums, and to frauds which are constantly being practised; and whether the Government have taken any steps to put an end to the practice where fraud is involved.
