FLAVIN (Kerry, N.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he can say what are the existing statutory regulations under which it is provided that Irish salt firkin butter, containing more than 16 per cent. of moisture, is not genuine until the contrary is proved.
