To ask the Secretary of State for War whether, in view of the fact that tenders were asked for the supply of butcher's meat for the camp at Ballykinlor from the 1st June to the 1st December, 1904, he will say who were the parties who tendered for same, and the prices at which they tendered, and explain why the lowest tender was not accepted.

(Answered by MR. Secretary Arnold-Forster.)The General Officer Commanding the 9th Division sent out the tenders referred to and is authorised to accept or decline all such tenders.
