WOODTo ask the Secretary of State for War whether, in view of the fact that tenders were asked for the supply of butcher's meat for the camp at Ballykinlor from the 1st June to the 1st December, 1904, he will say who were the parties who tendered for same, and the prices at which they tendered, and explain why the lowest tender was not accepted.
