HC Deb 11 July 1904 vol 137 c1191
MR. REGINALD LUCAS (Portsmouth)

To ask the Secretary to the Admiralty whether it is proposed to discontinue the training of boys for the Royal Navy on board ship at Portsmouth, and substitute training schools ashore elsewhere.

(Answered by MR. Pretyman.) The "St. Vincent" being still serviceable there is no present intention to discontinue training on board this ship.
