§ SIR ALBERT ROLLIT (Islington, S.)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he has arrived at any determination as to omitting in Clause 7, Sub-section (2), of the Licensing Bill, the proviso that the recorder of a county borough, having a separate Court of quarter sessions, must be a member and chairman of any committee of the justices.
