I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if he will grant a Return of the names of the persons who have been appointed inspectors, auditors, and arbitrators of the Local Government Board for Ireland since the Local Government Act of 1898 was passed, giving in each case the tenure of the appointment, the date on which the appointment was made, the qualifications of the persons appointed, and stating what test, if any, such qualifications were subjected to.
