§ MR. P. A. McHUGHI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether it is proposed by the Irish Executive to amalgamate the Con-naught and North-West Circuits to enable the number of Judges of the High Court to be still further reduced when vacancies occur.
