HERBERT SAMUEL (Yorkshire, Cleveland)To ask the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he will place in the-Library of the House copies of the Report and Evidence of the Commission appointed in the Transvaal in the autumn of 1903, at the instance of the Legislative Council, to inquire into the management of the Mines Department by Mr. Wybergh.
