§ THE ATTORNEY-GENERAL FOR IRELAND (Mr. ATKINSON,) Londonderry, N.For the purposes of the Land Acts and Land Purchase Acts, Mr. Fitzgerald's status is that of a Judicial Commissioner, but he is not, in my opinion, a judge of the High Court of Justice, nor is he entitled to rank as such.
