§ THE CHIEF SECRETARY FOR IRELAND (Mr. WYNDHAM,) DoverI have been conducting prolonged negotiations with the Directors of the Great Southern and Western Railway with a view to the transfer of this line to the system of that company. I regret to say that even now I have not reached a satisfactory conclusion. But I do not despair of reaching one.
