HC Deb 04 February 1904 vol 129 c354
MR. HAYDEN

I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether his attention has been called to resolutions passed by the Castlerea Rural District Council pointing out the necessity of supplying seed potatoes to the occupiers of small agricultural holdings in the district, owing to the almost total failure of the crop in the last season, the bad quality of the available seed, and the advisability of a change of seed; and whether he is in a position to make any statement as to the intention of the Irish Government on this subject.

MR. WYNDHAM

The resolutions have been received. In respect to the second part of the Question I would refer to my†reply to the similar Question addressed to me yesterday by the hon. Member for North Roscommon. †See page 192.
