MR. HERBERT SAMUEL (Yorkshire, Cleveland)

To ask the Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether the Foreign Office will present to this House a statement showing which foreign countries have established systems of graduated income-tax, or of income-tax levied at different rates on earned and on unearned incomes, or both, with particulars in each case of the rates of tax and the system of assessment and collection.
