§ MR. WEIRI beg to ask the Secretary to the Board of Education whether he is aware that the Committee on Physical Deterioration, in their Report just issued, express the opinion that instruction in cookery, hygiene, and domestic economy should as far as possible be made compulsory on the elder girls at school; and will he consider the expediency of adopting this recommendation.
