HC Deb 03 August 1904 vol 139 c712
MR. MARKHAM (Nottinghamshire, Mansfield)

To ask the Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs will he lay upon the Table the correspondence between the British Authorities in South Africa and the late Boer Government in which the British Authorities in South Africa declared foodstuffs to be a contraband of war.

(Answered by Mr. Secretary Lyttelton.) I am not aware of any such correspondence.
