§ DR. HUTCHINSON (Sussex, Rye)To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will state the number of quarter sessional divisions in England and Wales under the new Licensing Bill.
(Answered by Mr. Secretary Akers-Douglas.) The number of quarter sessional areas under the Bill, as at present drawn, is about 130, including some seventy county boroughs.
