To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he can state on what basis or at what rate are the annuities calculated against the tenants who purchased under the Land Acts of 1891 and 1896; whether he can state the percentage rate charged to make up the annuities under the decadal system for the first ten years, second ten years, third ten years, and also the final forty-two and a half years under the Land Purchase Acts of 1891 and 1896.
