To ask the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he is now in a position to state when the Report of the Chief Justice of British Guiana relative to the disturbances at Port of Spain, Trinidad, will be laid upon the Table of the House.

(Answered by Mr. Secretary Lyttelton.) Further Papers relating to the disturbance at Port of Spain in March, 1903, including the Report of the Chief Justice of British Guiana, have now been laid.
