HC Deb 13 May 1903 vol 122 c531
MR. WILLIAM REDMOND (Clare, E.)

To ask the hon. Member for North Huntingdonshire, as representing the First Commissioner of Works, whether his attention has been called to the condition of the instrument room of the telegraph office, House of Commons, and to the fact that owing to its proximity to the boiler house the temperature is rarely below 70 degrees, and the ventilation is defective; and whether he will consider what improvements can be effected.

(Answered by Mr. Ailwyn Fellowes.) The First Commissioner admits there is a foundation for this complaint, and he will take steps to effect an improvement. † See page 302.
