To ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether he can now state the date on which the Scotch Licensing Bill will be taken in the Standing Committee.

(Answered by Mr. A. J. Balfour.) I understand that it is likely that this Bill will be taken on Thursday week; but these arrangements do not depend upon me.
