HC Deb 13 May 1903 vol 122 c534
MR. WILLIAM M'KILLOP (Sligo, N.)

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland if the Congested Districts Board will take into favourable consideration the application for a Polled Angus bull by Mr. James Stuart, of Carrowcushlane, Ardnanel, county Sligo, in view of the resolution requesting them to do so passed by the County Mayo Agricultural Committee.

(Answered by Mr. Wyndham.) The application was considered in 1901, and again in 1902, but the Board felt unable to approve of it. There are two bulls, the property of the Board, on an adjoining townland, and these are considered to be sufficient for the needs of the district.
