HC Deb 11 May 1903 vol 122 c306
MR. BOLAND

I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether the Congested Districts Board intend to carry out improvements in the fishing station of Cooscroum, County Kerry, to which their attention has been directed; and whether steps have been taken to repair the damage caused by storm to the fishing pier at Coonana.

MR. ATKINSON

The Board has offered to expend a sum of £600 on work at Coonana Pier. It is not prepared to undertake the large expenditure which would be required for the construction of a work that would be really useful at Cooscroum, which is only three miles from Coonana.
