HC Deb 11 May 1903 vol 122 c297
SIR CHARLES DILKE (Gloucestershire, Forest of Dean)

I beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether, with a view to knowledge by Parliament of the constitutional position of the Australian Commonwealth as compared with that of the separate States, he will lay before Parliament his despatch dealing with the arguments of the Government of South Australia in the Vondel Case.

THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR THE COLONIES (Mr. J. CHAMBERLAIN,) Birmingham, W.

I have no objection.
