JAMES O'CONNOR (Wicklow, W.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland if he will explain why the valuation of the licensed premises of Mrs. Catherine Lowe, of Kiltigan, County Wicklow, has been raised from £8 to £15, thereby increasing the licence duty from £4 10s. to £8 a year.
