HC Deb 30 March 1903 vol 120 cc577-8
MR. KENDAL O'BRIEN (Tipperary, Mid.)

I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he has received a resolution from the Tipperary County Council requesting the Lord Lieutenant to appoint an independent Commission, excluding local officials, to consider the memorial of the Corporation of Waterford as regards the proposed new bridge; and, if so, will he recommend the appointment of such a Commission.

MR. WYNDHAM

The resolution was received, and the council was informed that it was proposed to reappoint the gentlemen who served at the late Commission. This has been done, and the Commission will commence its sittings to-morrow.
