§ COLONEL WELBY (Taunton)To ask the Secretary of State for War whether since the debate on 22nd April, 1901, new Rules of Procedure for Military Courts of Inquiry were promulgated; and, if so, will he say where they are to be found.
(Answered by Mr. Secretary Brodrick.) These rules were promulgated by Special Army Order of 10th February, 1902, and will be found in Army Order 88 of 1902.
