To ask the Secretary to the Admiralty if he can state what has been the cost so far of the alterations made in the collier "Hampstead," now called the "Aquarius," which it is proposed to employ as a fleet auxiliary, and will he state what her speed is to be.

(Answered by Mr. Arnold-Forster.) The expenditure up to date on the "Aquarius" has been £17,000. The speed of the vessel when loaded will be about 10 knots.
