LUNDON (Limerick, E.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he can state how the Fitzmaurice estate as regards sale to the tenants stands; has the Queen's County portion of it as yet been disposed of, and if so, at what average price in the number of years purchase and on what basis has the price been fixed; have any preliminary steps as yet been taken for the sale of the portion in Limerick and Tipperary, known respectively as the townlands of Coolnadhoun, and Clogheready North and Clogheready South; and if so, how far have they been carried.
