To ask the First Lord of the Treasury if he can inform the House in what form, and when, the assent of Parliament is to be asked to the Cunard agreement.

(Answered by Mr. A. J. Balfour.) I am afraid it is not probable that the Cunard agreement can be laid on the Table before Easter. When it is laid I will consider in what form the opinion of the House can be taken upon it.
