HC Deb 10 March 1903 vol 119 c258
MR. CATHCART WASON

To ask the Lord Advocate if he has any official reports showing that, owing to the inclement season, the oat crop at Foula was a failure last year, and that, consequently, the islanders have neither seed corn nor money to buy it; and if he will cause inquiry to be made with the view of affording them relief.

(Answered by Mr. A. Graham Murray.) No such reports, official or otherwise, have reached the Scottish Office.
