CATHCART WASONTo ask the Lord Advocate if he has any official reports showing that, owing to the inclement season, the oat crop at Foula was a failure last year, and that, consequently, the islanders have neither seed corn nor money to buy it; and if he will cause inquiry to be made with the view of affording them relief.
