HERBERT SAMUEL (Yorkshire, Cleveland)To ask the Secretary to the Board of Trade if he will state what are the dates of the treaties or agreements made by the United States, Portugal, and any other countries by which preferential treatment has been given to the products of foreign States as compared with the products of the United Kingdom; what are the articles affected by such preference; and what are the differences in the rates of duties.
