HC Deb 15 June 1903 vol 123 c937
MR. NANNETTI (Dublin, College Green)

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether the Commission appointed by the Lord Lieutenant to inquire into the Poor Law system will embrace an inquiry into the condition of the Irish blind; and, if not, can he see his way to widen the scope of the inquiry with a view to securing this object.

(Answered by Mr. Wyndham.) It will be competent to the Commission to inquire into the condition of the blind who are relieved from the poor rates.
