The CHAIRMAN of WAYS and MEANS informed the House: That the Committee on Group F of Private Bills not being appointed to meet until Tuesday next, the parties promoting the Local Government (Ireland) Provisional Orders (No. 5) Bill (Portadown and Banbridge Joint Waterworks Board Provisional Order) had appeared before him and proved that the evidence of James Lougheed Rowlett, M.D., Medical Officer of Health, Portadown, was essential to their case, and that his attendance could not be procured without the intervention of the House.

Ordered, That James Lougheed Rowlett do attend the Committee on Group F of Private Bills on Tuesday next, at Twelve of the clock.
