§ MR. SCHWANN (Manchester, N.)To ask the Secretary of State for the Colonies if he will state how many estates schools are provided in Ceylon; what was the total average attendance at the same; what amount of money was found by the Government of Ceylon towards the maintenance of the schools; and has Sir West Ridgeway yet submitted his Reports on the education of Coolie children in the island and also on leprosy in Ceylon.
