MANSFIELD (Lincolnshire, Spalding)I beg to ask Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer will he state whether he has been able to make inquiries as to the possibility of a reduction of expenditure upon the military and naval forces of this country; and, if so, can he state whether such expenditure will be affected by the proposed changes in the fiscal policy; and, if so, to what extent, or in what manner.
